McCain loses three more staffers

Senator John McCain loses three more of his staff. The are his communications specialists and are leaving this week. The latest departures came as new fundraising figures revealed the depth of McCain's challenge just to keep campaigning. The federal election commission shows that McCain currently has 3.2 million dollars cash but is 1.8 million dollars in debt.

In my opinion I do not think that his aides should have left him until campaigning was over. I don't really know why they left but they mustt have had a good reason, and maybe John McCain will be better off without them.

I guess these people have their reasons for leaving McCain's team. For whatever reason they have, it's unfortunate that they resigned their position more than halfway through McCain's campaign for president. Now McCain is left to go on with his bid for the White House with a staff that must work twice as hard to keep up with the other candidates.

That could be very devestating ot his campaign, espewcially since he's in debt and just keeps losing people. I agree with you in saying that the aides should've probably stayed until theprimaries results were shown.

I agree that the aides were needed until the primaries ended. It sucks for McCain because his campaign is being hurt by the result of these aides. Now he has to figure something to regain standing. I hope he has something in his sleeve.

It is the aides job to help him campagin, even if he is loseing. I mean it's a job so they still get paid even if he does not go on. At least keep working for the money, and make him feel better at the same time. ( I admit this is a tad cold harded way to look at it)

I think that it is devastating for any candidate to lose any of his aides. Aides are needed for campaigning and without them, it could really hurt his chance of winning.

I agree the aides aren't exactly doing a good job. Especially when they're leaving him right in the middle of campaigning. He has so much other things to worry about and they're not helping him.

unless there was a REALLY good reason to leaves, it seems pointless to leave in the middle, as it will be the same whether they left or not, so might as well stick it through to the end

There probably was a very good reason that isn't being told to the public right now. Leaving in the middle of a campaign just doesn't make sense. Now the other members of his staff have to work harder to even keep McCain in the race

Yeah, there must've been a very good reason why they left.

Or, it just shows how you can't really trust the people you work with because they could be two faced. You need to work with someone, you know has the passion and devotion in believing you're going to become president.
